SOFT PROOFS VIA WEB

After processing your pdfs, we will immediately supply you with soft proofs via our Agfa Delano system. You will be able to view these proofs on your own computer via a special web site and print them out yourself if desired. When you are happy with the content of any page you will be able to mark it as "passed for press" which then indicates to our pre-press department to go ahead and make printing plates. If however there is a correction, then upon instructions from yourself and after receipt of a new pdf, we will supply another soft proof for approval and "pass for press".

Internally, we produce full colour digital paper proofs which follow the magazine through production. This is another quality control procedure to ensure that our staff are fully aware of the intended page content etc. These proofs are not an accurate reproduction of the eventual printed colour and we do not supply them to customers unless particularly requested, as this will cause a time delay in production.
